How collection and return work

Any transport cost is separate from the nightly boarding rate and is confirmed before the stay.
Where your cat is going
VIP Vacation Kitty Kennels is at Costa Sur Plaza #65 in Panama City. It is a cats-only facility, and guests stay indoors in private rooms with hiding boxes, climbing trees, tunnels and supervised play.
You get photo updates while your cat is staying.
Working out your total
Your total has two parts: the nightly rate for the number of cats staying, and the transport, if you would like us to collect or return your cat. We confirm the transport once we know where you are, so you see both figures before you decide.

Dogs are not part of this facility. Your cat shares the place with other cats and nothing else.
The accommodation is private rooms, not a shared block. Cats from the same household may share one.
Cats do not go outdoors here.
