Your cat stays with us indoors: a private room, a hiding box, climbing trees and tunnels, supervised play, and photo updates while you travel.
The flight, the documents, the customs clearance and the route are handled by Pets Go Global, our sister company. Same owner, same people, one conversation for the whole move.
Tell us both parts when you enquire and we arrange them together. You do not need to book twice or explain your dates twice.

What we can and cannot say in advance
How long paperwork takes is not ours to promise, and it does not always finish during a boarding stay. What we can confirm is the room, the dates and the price.
Whether we can take a particular case depends on availability and on the cats themselves, so every request is answered individually.

The setup behind the stay
The same rooms and the same routine as any other guest.
Dogs are not part of this facility. Your cat shares the place with other cats and nothing else.
The accommodation is private rooms, not a shared block. Cats from the same household may share one.
Cats do not go outdoors here.

The documented case
One week at the cat facility while new documents were prepared for their onward journey to Caracas. Airline limits meant that they travelled in two groups.
